Panel discussion with audience questions. Panelists
will provide advice on how to lead, manage and
influence executives, teams and product stakeholders.
2. Competitive Intelligence and Pricing A look at how product managers develop their
understanding of the market and how to create a
decision framework for features and pricing.
3. Measuring Success in Product How does Product Management paint a compelling
picture with numbers? Tips on measuring impact,
validating MVP’s, prioritizing requirements, and being
data-driven.
4. Vision and strategy An interactive, roundtable session to discuss topics
related to vision and strategy.

Requirements
Gathering and communicating requirements is critical
to Product Management. We will explore various
approaches including: user stories and personas, job
stories and the JTBD framework, story mapping,
customer interviews, and handling feedback.
6. Product Management as a Career An interactive session where members can share
experiences and advice on becoming Product
Managers and Product Owners, as well as how to
excel in the profession.
7. Product Marketing and Product
Management
A closer look at the importance of Product Marketing
and how it differs from Product Management. We will
explore relationship between the 2 roles and what to
do when the line becomes blurred.
