9. Westin Crown Center
For the Westin hotel at Crown Center, Beverly designed and executed a number of pieces for
Starwood International and Barry Design. This collection includes a mix of custom pieces as well as
standard items from our Room Service line, all engineered and produced to meet Starwood’s strict
standards.

11. Fairmont Palliser
Our installation at the Fairmont Palliser is just one example of the working relationship Beverly maintains
with Fairmont Hotel Group, one of the finest hotel chains in the world. This particular project entailed
furnishing the executive level lounge, where the hotels most important guests come to unwind –
custom pieces designed by Moncur Design, built by Beverly.

15. Five (5) Year Factory Warranty
5YEAR
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
All Beverly Furniture Products are warranted for the period of five (5) years from the date of the original invoice to purchaser/customer. It is the
responsibility of the property to perform minor touch up necessary to correct problems resulting from installation.
This warranty is to the original property for normal use against defects in material or workmanship.
Defects in material or workmanship will be supported by our Project Management/Customer Service Department and handled individually
based on the particular problem, situation, proper handling and use of the product.
We reserve the right to determine the amount of factory, transportation, and property responsibility.
It may be necessary to have defective products inspected by a factory representative, and or pictures furnished by the property before replacement
or allowance can be authorized. Our project management department must approve all services, replacements and all other “repairs”.
If a defect does exist, it will be repaired or replaced. If repair is necessary Beverly Furniture will either send Beverly Furniture personnel to repair,
or authorize an outside repair service to perform needed work. On some occasions Beverly Furniture will authorize the property to contract with
a local repair service, but all service quotes must be submitted in writing and authorized by Beverly Furniture before any work may be done.
In case of freight damage, abuse or exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight, it is per Beverly Furniture’s discretion, on a
case by case basis, to assist in the repair or replacement of items at a mutually agreed upon method.
