There’s a reason our brains make us do crazy things...
Mirror Neurons
Brain cells that fire both when someone is
performing an activity and ALSO when he/she
watches another person perform the same
activity.

✘ Listen intently with full attention, try to understand problems at a
cognitive and emotional level and does it all with kindness
