has been around, Covid-19 has created a greater dependency
on technology and has opened up pandora’s box for
businesses across the country.

planning a return to the office, it could
still take months or even years to
unwind last year’s sudden change in
office culture, which is now the new
normal” (Dickler). As stated, companies
aren’t quick to relinquish the old or
current dependency with respect to
virtual work.
● “Employers expect nearly 2 in 5
employees will still be working remotely
at the end of 2021, compared with 57%
who work remotely now...according to a
recent report by Willis Towers Watson, a
benefits consulting firm” (Dickler).
