9. Iulia Pietruschevici is the Managing Partner of Pietruschevici Consulting,
exclusive partner of Iventa in Romania.
Over the past nearly 5 years she has held leading positions with reputable
international executive search firms (including that of Country Manager for
Iventa in Romania) and she has assisted and advised numerous
companies on leadership and senior management appointments, strategic
restructuring and talent acquisition / management programs.
Before starting her executive search practice, Iulia spent 14 years in the
banking and pharmaceutical industries in Romania, of which the last
almost 7 years were in local executive board level positions:
• 2004 – 2006 – Finance Director, AstraZeneca Romania – in charge
of: Accounting, Finance, Administration, Procurement and Human
Resources;
• 2006 – 2010 – Strategy & Business Development Director,
AstraZeneca Romania – in charge of: Distribution / Logistics,

10. Ileana Vitelaru is a Partner of Pietruschevici Consulting, exclusive partner
of Iventa in Romania.
Before starting her executive search and human resources consulting
practice, Ileana spent over 19 years in the human resources function, of
which over 15 years as a Human Resources Director in companies from
various industries – oil & gas, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals:
• 1996 – 1999 – Human Resources Director, Shell Gas Romania
• 2000 – 2006 – Human Resources Director Ursus Brewery, a
subsidiary of SABMiller Group
• 2006 – 2008 – Human Resources Director AstraZeneca Romania &
Bulgaria;
• 2008 – 2013 – Human Resources Director AstraZeneca Romania and
subsequently South East Europe HR Lead
As part of the Senior Leadership Teams in the companies that she worked
for, Ileana developed human resources strategies and processes that
contributed to the achievement of challenging business objectives and to
the development of a performance-centric organizational culture.
Ileana Vitelaru holds a university degree in Foreign Literature and
Languages from the University of Bucharest, is certified as a Coaching
Specialist, holds an Executive MBA title from ASEBUSS Bucharest
