Upon arrival of the artist:
•Sign a contract with the artist
•Organise a welcome party, inviting local artists or during a special event (opening ...). Issue a document, translated into English, with museums and cultural structures essential to the City.
•Presentation by each partner of their art structure . Networking with local art associations. Offer artists a "Pass" to allow them free access to museums in the city.

•Provide better support to the artists, with a person dedicated to this support (usually an art student)
At the end of the residency:
•Evaluate the residence with two meetings - Between the City and the artists - With all local partners/Art structures
•Write an evaluation report
