In 2010, the Green Offices
showed leadership in reducing
their climate impacts: their total
carbon dioxide emissions (from
energy, transportation, paper, waste)
decreased by 2,811 tonnes
compared to those in 2009.
This is equivalent to driving 426
times around the world with an
average passenger car.

In 2010, electricity
consumption in the
Green Office network
decreased
by 2,968,116 kWh
compared to 2009
(information received
from 114 offices), leading
to cost savings worth
413,459 euros. Electricity
consumption per
employee decreased by
