November 2008 and July 2009.
The business is now run more systematically which has enabled us as owners to take a
holiday. The office side of operations is much slicker due to our new system for pricing
work, sending quotes, organising job files, managing purchase orders and invoicing.
Your knowledge of business financials has given us complete control of our own business
finances, with a budget which is carefully monitored and weekly cash flow analysis. We
can now set business targets to track profit and financial growth.
Your recruitment process has provided our business with a dynamic, perfect fit office
manager which has reduced personal stress.
Lastly, your advice on getting a system up and running for increasing leads and
conversion rate is working. Since taking action coach on board our conversion rate is up
significantly as is the number of leads. This all means one thing - an increase in bottom
line profit.
