E-wallets have become popular in Vietnam for both payments and accessing various services. Younger generations especially use e-wallets for entertainment and travel in addition to bill payments and financial transactions favored by Generation X. The report analyzes consumer behavior trends regarding e-wallet usage, finding that convenience is the top priority, with promotions also influencing younger consumers. Most people use multiple e-wallets to take advantage of different features and deals.
