Caleb Martin, Senior Sales Executive, has been with
IFG since early 2012. “I was looking to switch
careers and further develop my sales skills, which is
critical in many different roles. I came across the
International Forum Group and believed it would
be a good growing experience for me, “Caleb said.
The training sessions provided by Martin Levy, the
Director of IFG’s Vancouver office, have been
invaluable, Caleb added.
“My educational background in International
Business, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and
experience in the banking sector gave me the
confidence to succeed in this position. However, I
still needed detailed training on prospecting,
qualifying and asking the right questions to
determine the appropriate fit. This has been a great
growing experience for me,” Caleb commented.
“One of my most memorable moments was winning
my first client. But what I will remember the most is
attending an IFG event for the first time, seeing the
setup, the five-star environment, and meeting all of
our clients. Experiencing the format and seeing
first-hand the value it provides gave me huge
confidence in our product and the role we play in
the marketplace,” Caleb said of his first IFG event.
Asked what sets IFG apart from the competition, he
said: “One key differentiator is the intimacy of the
gatherings; another is the level and quality of
attendees and our rigorous selection process for
both family offices and service providers.
Attendance is invite only and limited to the most
senior executives. We are a lot more focused on
