Mobile versions of EVERYTHING: Web site, email marketing, attachments, booking engines, etc. If your property website doesn’t yet have a mobile version, then tell your hotel marketing team that they are lagging and way behind your comp set. If you do have one in place, check it out yourself – especially the meeting section. Can you easily find venue details, photos, and contact info...using just one hand? Millennials are the first generation to grow up being wired, so you better make sure that all of your platforms are up to speed, including for smartphones and tablets.
