1. I am taking Advance for above mentioned purpose.
2. I will incur the expenditure fully justify in the best interest of the University of Education, Lahore
3. I am well conversant with University procurement, Financial and all other relevant rules.
4. I will observe all the caudal formalities stipulated University rules in respect of expenditures for which I am
taking fund.
5. I will observe fundamental canon of financial propriety as stipulated in the University rules.
6. I will record the expenditure in the stock book/expenses book after verification of the bills.
7. I will affect the expenditure at the lowest rate in the market.
8. In case of observation of any violation of the rules & regulations of the University / embezzlement / fraud
misappropriation & any other loss University exchequer by audit and any investigation agency in respect of
expenditure for which I am taking advance I will be personally responsible and my personal assets would be
under recourse / lien in favour of University of Education till the recovery of loss.
9. I will submit bill for the payment through the adjustment performa after getting the approval from the
competent authority.
10. I again undertake that I will not commit any irregularity in the expenditure for which I am taking advance.
11. I will submit the bill instantly in case of failure my advance will be deducted from my salary.
12. I will not spend the money other than above mentioned purpose otherwise instant money should be deducted
from my monthly salary.
