To find and relocate to a suitable location which is safe, secure and
where Positive Moves can carry out its day to day operations on
expand its activities in regards to community development.
To relocate to a location which is long term sustainable (financial,
social, economic, environmental) and will facilitate the expansion of
Positive moves in its core areas of client satisfaction, community
development and operating profit.
To upgrade the chosen structure and site to fulfil exact requirements –
that being to retain some its training facilities and contain the
relocation of the community centre and its offices to the same location
and also a nursery, café and multi-sensory room and a multi-purpose
hall.
To achieve the project within a reasonable timeframe.
To achieve the project within a reasonable cost.
