■ High price for the real estate
- Seoul is one of the most expensive cities for the real
estate in the world.
- It is difficult to secure space to install solar power
generation facilities.
■ Burden of initial investment costs
- It takes about 3 million won to install 1kW solar power
generation facility.
(Unit 1: 20kW, cost 60 million won)
■ Lack of consensus on solar power project
- Skeptical response to solar power project
(Lack of experience in solar power generation project,
profitability to investment cost, etc.)
