as the process of building and maintaining customer
relationships through mass messages, campaign activities in
order to facilitate exchange of ideas, products and services
that satisfy the goals of both parties.This is growing very

to generate good amount of sales around the world or specific country,

Broadcast lists…
 Broadcast Lists are saved lists of message recipients that you can
repeatedly send broadcast messages to without having to select
them each time (you want to send a message).
 Focus on creation of different Broadcast list. Remember each
Broadcast list can only accommodate 256 members.
 Always save each contact that comes to yo inbox even if that
person is just saying HI. Ask them their names, and save in a
broadcast list where you feel they fit.
 Always ask if the person has you saved in their phone, because
without that, a broadcast list can not work.
Broadcast list segmentation…
List segmentation is the grouping of contacts into small more discrete
groups in order to deliver to them more relevant content.You may for
example start with 3 groups;
 Customers; people who have already interacted with you and made
a purchase at least once
 Leads; (people who have shown interest) and not made a purchase
yet
 Prospects; potential customers who have not yet shown interest
Even better, you could add location, product, language and influence
into your segmentation criteria.
Take Advantage of Group Chat...
Group messages are shared among all members of a group,
including responses from any participant of the group.Think
“interactive.”This is especially useful when conducting focus
groups. Or performing market studies prior to a product launch.
Collectively, the group lists in WhatsApp have exhibited more
brand loyalty than other social media groups. Similarly, brand
personas seem to have developed a good rapport with their
followers.This is reinforced with the tools mentioned above, like
push notifications, group chats, and broadcast lists.
Your content matters!
 Since WhatsApp’s core purpose is messaging, make
your messages short and powerful. But don’t worry too
much about length. UnlikeTwitter, you’re not limited to
280 characters.
 Make every word count. If your writing style and word
choices don’t resonate with your audience, you’ll see
little if any engagement.
Content is KING!
