• Managed daily office operations for regional office and several satellite locations prior to restructure. Maintained 1,800 sq. ft. warehouse
inventory of telephony equipment, as well as standard office equipment. Electronic and manual record keeping as deemed necessary by

• Assisted with budgetary planning, including management of monthly activity reports to upper level executives.
• Coordinated extensive travel arrangements for executives and team members. Scheduled appointments and documentation to ensure
