Leaders develop a style of leadership
based from their belief of how a leader
should be.
Is that style a true reflection of them?
Does it reflect their core essence -- their
values, purpose, and highest aspirations?
Through our interactive processes
leaders discover the ideas and principles
that express the essence of their wisdom
and unique message – their effective
leadership style.

Presence is a state of being here now - in a non-reactive way. When
present, leaders can innovate, improvise and respond from their own
genius. They can co-create, play, and problem solve with incredible
dexterity.
How are people reacting to the organization’s leaders? Are they
empowered? Are they inspired? Or, are they reactive?
Using presence empowers leaders to shift quickly to choose the most
effective path.

In any organization, a team’s results come from the actions of the people involved in

Energy flows to and from us constantly in our busy life. We are generally
unconscious about our own and other’s energy patterns, and yet these
patterns dictate how we relate with each other (good and bad), affect our
health, and directly impact our effectiveness and well-being.
When leaders are aware of their unconscious reactive behavior patterns
and what triggers them, leaders are able to consciously choose their
actions.
Our work provides experiential and interactive exercises that help leaders
understand their behavioral patterns and their triggers.

Organizations can be viewed as an interactive energy field.
Is the energy flowing smoothly in and out, or are there places where it is stagnant or
chaotic?
Conscious leaders are able to observe this flow of energy.

Understanding Phases of Change
Leaders are called upon to initiate and
implement change to bring about desired

Yet organizational change efforts fail up to
70% of the time.

initiative.
