discuss the importance of leading and managing the team effectively to ensure developing
the workplace, and be as much productive as possible to increase prosperity of any

The importance of interpersonal relationships: Interpersonal skills are the tools and ability
people use to communicate with others in an organizational environment. It is one of the
most important skills that every employer wants to see in their employees. Interpersonal
skills are important in the workplace for many reasons, usually when employers are hiring a
new candidate interpersonal skills are on the top criteria. It makes employees provide good
customer service, resolve conflicts well, develop effective workplace communication, all
employees will respect each other and work in a team environment and easily adapt to any
change happens in the organisation, it usually leads to efficiency, productivity and
