8. The RAS Foundation is a non-profit Italian
cultural organisation which was founded in
Washington DC in 2002, by the initiative of the
University of Maryland, as a cooperative
project in the field of cultural heritage, born
under the international treaty that links the
United States and Italy.
The “Restoring Ancient Stabiae” project aims
to build an Archaeological Park of almost sixty
hectares on the site of ancient Stabiae (a city
buried with Pompeii and Ercolano by the
eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD
9. Napoli: Umanità Tradizione Ricerca Internazionalità Responsabilità Educazione.
Rappresenta un progetto fondato su 4 principi:
•sapere (dovrà essere una scuola e insieme un centro di cultura ed educazione);
•sostenibilità (sociale, economica, ambientale);
•responsabilità (produttori responsabili, consumatori consapevoli);
•innovazione (nei cibi, nelle tecnologie, nelle relazioni commerciali).
10. 1) Cómo están cambiando las clases de cocina (en la cocina
mediterránea), como consecuencia de un público más
informado (llamado: selectivos - selecterians).
2) Introducir productos locales en restaurantes, especialmente
a través del estudio de casos de restaurantes famosos y
pizzerías en la tierra natal de la pizza, Nápoles (nuestro
partner Johnny Pizza a Portafoglio y otras;
3) Presentar el "Protocolo Cero Positivo" para restaurantes
responsables, creado por UCMed para fomentar la
Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en este sector.
