6. Why the Holy Spirit is Avoided? We fear what we cannot understand. We avoid what is hard to understand. We take the Holy Spirit for granted.

7. What the Holy Spirit is? The Holy Spirit has a personality: Referred to in the masculine tense. (John 15.26) He intercedes. (Romans 8.26) He searches. (1 Corinthians 2.10)

8. What of the Holy Spirit Today? It bears that we are children of God. (Romans 8.16) In Him we abound in hope (Romans 15.13)

9. Final Thought! “In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.” -Ephesians 1.13,14
