Payment Processor Reconciliation for Nexum Revision Date

This document establishes how to handle payment processor reconciliation for
Purpose: Nexum.

4.0 A) Contact Information
Policy: Nexum’s merchant account website is
<www.paymentconnexions.com/report/default.asp>.
1-866-889-9364 is their phone number.
Include David Quach <dquach@pocketkings.ie> on all
important payment processor related emails (i.e. processor policy
inquiries, replenishment requests).
B) When to use Account Lookups
1) Account look ups are performed to:
verify the status of completed transactions on behalf of players
confirm player contact information matches the owner of a
processor account when fraud or invalid information is suspected
5.0 A) Deposit Transaction Search
Procedure: 1) Go to <www.paymentconnexions.com/report/default.asp>
2) Login with the User ID and Password
Gateway Visa and MasterCard transactions currently
have a separate login than Nexum

3) Select “Advanced Transaction Search”
If this option is not visible, place your mouse over the blue
vertical bar at the left of the screen and the option will
appear when you move your mouse over the word search.
4) Select the appropriate date range
5) Enter the transfer ix for the transaction next to “TrackID:” followed by
“-00000000”
6) Select the appropriate search time frame from the three options listed
7) Select “Continue”
8) If located, the search results will show details of the transaction.
Only part of the account number will be shown. To see
contact details for the owner of the account, click on the
“TransID” for the transaction shown.
B) ProcessingFailed Deposits
1) Open the “Deposit” queue in WAT
2)
a) Success
Enter the Enter appropriate TransID as “Auth Code 1”
Notate “NEX DEP/GATEWAY VISA/GATEWAY MC DEP:
approved by processor.”
Select “Accept Deposit”
b) Failed
Fail the transaction in WAT
Notate “NEX DEP/GATEWAY VISA/GATEWAY MC DEP:
declined by processor.”
c) Not Found on Nexum Site
Fail the transaction in WAT
Notate “NEX DEP/GATEWAY VISA/GATEWAY MC DEP:
not found on processor site.”
C) ProcessingFailed Withdrawals
1) Open the “Withdrawal” queue in WAT
a) Success
Enter the appropriate TransID
Accept the Transaction in WAT
b) Failed

Fail the Transaction in WAT
c) Not Found on Nexum Site
Fail the Transaction in WAT
d) If the withdrawal failed another one must be initiated manually.
See part D.
e) Email the player wd.manual from Kana to let them know there
was an error in their first transaction and we have resubmitted it.
D) Manual Withdrawals
1) Find the player in WAT
2) Select “W/D” from the Player Shortcuts section.
3) Enter the amount of the withdrawal.
4) Select a “Reason Code”
Presently there is only “Other”.
5) In the “Note” box explain why the withdrawal request is being manually
initiated.
6) Double check the amount entered and the player ID.
7) Select “Submit”.
E) Contacting the Processor
Send reversal status and confirmation inquiries to
<merchantsupport@gatewaypaymentsolutions.com> from the
<Operations@fulltiltpoker.com> email address.
CC <fraudoperations@fulltiltpoker.com> for account status
inquiries.
Trini Fresgo <tfregoso@pocketkings.ie> handles all aspects of
ACH Credit Return inquiries and all emails should be sent from
<Operations@fulltiltpoker.com>. This ACH reference only
applies to Nexum, NOT ACH-Bank Transfers.

6.0 1) ACH Credit Returns: A credit to the Full Tilt merchant account.
Definitions: Usually occurs when there is an error processing a withdrawal to a
player's bank account.
2) ACH Overcredit: A withdrawal from Full Tilt Poker to the player.
