2013 – Present R&D Engineer of Josephson junction fabrication techniques, Superconductivity
laboratory of Dr. Farshid Raissi , Tehran, Iran.
Responsibilities - Improving Josephson junction fabrication processes based on all niobium technology
to achieve required process yield and reproducibility.
- Performing trilayer (NbAlOxNb) deposition with DC magnetron sputtering sys-
tem, Lift off patterning process, Nb etching process, lithography, light anodization
process, SiO2 and molybdenum deposition with RF sputtering system and substrate
preparation.
Achievements - 300 samples were fabricated by the proposed process.
- The process yield and reproducibility was improved to %80 and %90 respectively.
Other experiences - Worked with liquid nitrogen.
- Experienced with low temperature measurements and familiar with cryocoolers.
- Familiar with (NbNb2O5Pb) technology.
- Experience of working 4 to 7 hours a day in a cleanroom for a year.
