Designations: Operation Manager (Import & Export Sea and Air)
Responsibilities:
 Managing documentations of import & export air and sea.
 Pricing from air lines and shipping lines.
 Preparing air and sea quotation for the customers.
 Independently run office operations.
 Managing Import & Export departments and Custom Clearance of sea &Air Freight.
 Independently Managing Commercial, Non-Commercial shipments.
 Close coordination with, concerned authorities, Exporters. Transporters and customs.
 Preparing Documents for related Shipping companies, Embassies,
Clearing Agents and Customs Clearance etc.
 Goods Declaration in FBR and in Weboc.
 Coordination with shipping companies for all related matters during the shipments movement from POL to
Destination.
 International and local correspondence with Shipping Companies, Clients & others out source Agents.
 Handling flow of documents and arrange require documents by concerned for fulfill the requirements.
 Look after Tax Exemptions preparation according the planning’s & movements of containers
 Follow up in between Vessel Arrivals, Containers Dispatch, deliveries to consignee till Empty boxes return.
 Calculate the dues (in advance and remaining) from Shipping Companies & terminals.
 Keep the updates by daily coordination with Border Staff & destination staff
 Maintain the daily updated reports for client & superiors.
 Update all the basic information, records & updates into software System.
 Calculate all expense during the Shipment & Remittable amount of Agent.
 And as well invoice to client & approach for remittance.
 Managing departmental financial expenditures, clearance costing, Transportation costing etc.
 Communicate with shipping lines for import and export issues, handling manifest and endorsements.
 To Support Sales team to coordinate with shipping lines, Freight
 Independently managing all indoor and out staff.
 Reporting to regional head/Head office on Daily basis.
