   Housing is part of the right to an adequate standard of
    living (Article 11, ICESCR)
   Reporting system
       Each Member State has to submit a report every five years to the
        Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
         470 States Parties reports as research data for a global discourse
        analysis
       141 States Parties reports from the 27 EU Member States
