Nidec ASI offer n. 0000255794 Rev 04 (COW300528), dated 16/11/2023, for the
supply of an induction motor ЕТ 710 V2b (2500kW-6000V-50Hz)
In quality of ОЕМ, Nidec Asi guarantees that the goods to Ье supplied shall Ье new and free
from defects, and shall Ье of good workmanship and materials, in accordance with contract
specifications, and shall, under normal орегаtіоп, show no defect due to materials ог
workmanship.
Standard warranty is effective for 12 (twelve) months from the commissioning date, but not
later than 18 (eighteen) months from the delivery date.
Seller's obligations can Ье extended уеагІу and up to Зб (Thirty-six) months from the
commissioning date, not Іаtег than 42 (forty-two) months from the delivery. Warranty
extensions is subject to:
- Supervisions to installation and commissioning to Ье done Ьу Nidec Asi technicians,
at site.
- Purchase, together with the motor, of З уеагs operational.
- УеагІу intervention Ьу our technician to check motor status - еvегу 12 months from
commissioning date.
If, during the aforesaid guarantee регіоd, the goods fail to meet the guarantee as provided
above and the Ьuуег informs the seller thereof stating in writing the nature of such failure,
the seller shall free of charge, subject to its inspections, at its option, гераіг, герІасе ог
