• * Achieving over all monthly sales targets for key accounts.
• * Leading, supervising, training and motivating the team to
ensure efficiency and to achieve the assigned targets.
• * Setting monthly/weekly visits plan for your team members.
• * Evaluating the team members’ performance and sending
progress reports to the distribution Manager on weekly
basis.
