Donovan has been an employee on the Tm1 project ( Multi Product Pipeline
Project) and has proved to be an Outstanding Supervisor and Team Leader for
the preservation of vendor equipment in relation to the petro chemical
industry requirements .
I am talking, not only of a man with status but also a hands on person when
the time arises. He was involved in the assembly and installation of rotating
equipment i.e. Booster pumps, Flowserve centrifugal & sump pumps,
dosetech fire protection admixes and Novo pignone mainline pumps.
He was also involved in the assembly & installation of general electric 11kw
back up /emergency generators and he completed it all the way up to
commissioning stages. Donovan has also been in charge of hydro testing and
pressure testing of the metering and provering skids etc. (m &y skids).
As a safety co-ordinator he also excelled and here again, the company
achieved a record breaking status. I could go on but the truth is there is not
many of his calibre and Donovan needs to take his leadership qualifications to
the highest levels as he is at the peak of his career
