• Handling 9 vessels and perform as focal point of all catering operations in
offshore.

• Train Camp Boss on Food Quality, Safety and Hygiene
• Oversee the vessel's catering operations such as supply and procurement of
Food and Beverage probations weekly/ monthly.
• Attend crew induction at SMR.
• Delegate and supervise key routine activities to Camp Boss.
• Represent the company in meeting with Brunei Shell Petroleum & Affiliates.
• Process purchasing order of all F & B supplies for the ships and choose
qualified suppliers to meet the BSP standards.
• Keep track of the Training and Development of staff to conform with the
vessel’s flag requirement and ISO 9001: 2008.
• Do monthly inspections of vessels and work place to ensure sufficient supplies
and ensure that process controls are being followed.
• Selection of personnel ( Recruitment , Interview , Training )
• Implement Training programs (Ex. Avoid an accident )
• Organize, lead and motivate the catering team.
• Train Camp Boss on Food Quality, Safety , Hygiene
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
• Monitor the quality of the product and service provided.
• Establish financial target and strategic forecast.
• Plan staff shifts and rotations. (On signer in before Off signer out.)
• Maintain stock level and order new supplies as required
• Deal with staffing issues. ( Remove or replace undesirable staff)
• Liaise with supplier and vessel owner.
• Develop cleaning schedules as well as employee grooming.
• Keep health and hygiene standards continuously being followed by catering
staff.
