S & C Services and Consulting (S&C) Engineering was established in 2008 and provides an
integrated multidisciplinary engineering, design, project and construction management, and
architectural services for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. The proficient in
engineering, in architecture, and in planning qualified personnel, is one of the most diversified. Our
engineers, managers and architects are capable to suit any size, complexity and nature of each project.
S&C has partnered with an experienced team of engineers, designers and construction managers that can
accommodate any size project and provide a customized solution to meet your needs. From traditional
systems to incorporating alternative energy sources, we provide energy efficient and cost effective
design solutions. S&C has a permanent staff base consisting of management, engineers, planners,
administration and field staff. In addition to the company’s own resources, S&C can draw on the full
resources of its partners. The office of S&C is located in Toronto, Ontario.
S&C has served a diverse list of clients including numerous commercial, institutional, residential and
industrial clients in finding solutions to issues with their building systems.
The company undertakes assignments that range from small-scale investigations to the design, project

A PCA provides the Client with an assessment of construction details, physical

A PCA is the engineering investigation which includes an on site evaluation of the
