∆ COMPANY DESCRIPTION
• indu means -a Kapampangan clothing line that aims to outspread the
Kapampangan (people in Pampanga, Philippines) culture through
clothes and merchandise. I am indeed a Kapampangan but I can
honestly say that I only know not even half what Kapampangan culture
is. Visiting INDU' store and meeting the owner is such an amazing time
because I learn so much from him. He talks about Kapampangan history
and language in a passionate way which you can tell that he embraces
the 100% Kapampangan culture
∆ MISSION AND VISSION STATEMENT
• °MISSION STATEMENT
• Our mission is to create an apparel company that can offer superior
design, quality and value to the consumer. We will accomplish this by
being committed to offering great service and real value to our business
partners and consumers

°VISSION STATEMENT
• To make a difference through our branding to stay ahead of fashion
trends, market changes and the latest technology. To enhance the
quality of life for our business partners,customers and employees
∆ FORM OF OWNERSHIP
• order for my business to run smoothly, i will need staffs that are willing to be trained and keep in touch working with my
company. The CEO as highest in position and in below of it are three positions that will be handling out depending on their
duties.

ASSISTANT MANAGER DUTIES:The assistant manager ensures operational excellence by performing managerial tasks,
such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance

CLOTHING DESIGNER DUTIES:create or visualise an idea and produce a design by hand or using computer-aided design
(CAD)

create moodboards to show to clients.

keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
TARGET MARKETING
• my target customers are teen agers because they are more attracted to
trendy clothes, they are more popular with them, especially in their
generation, and they will be more suitable for them and I will post the
code on social media so that I can see more of my clothing. everyone
who focuses on social media, it will be easier to recognize my product if
I promote it on social media, it will be easier for me to endorse and my
income will increase.

accessories like t shirt short wallet cap and sticker neclace and etc.

• °the price of the products that I release is only based on the profit that I can get, even though it is so

• °the place where I will build it is just in Tiquiwan Rosario Batangas, it's easy to see because it's just
