6. Gullewa Gold Mine – Western Australia
• Mutiny Gold Ltd. is earning 70% of Redhill Resources Corp.’s Gullewa Gold
Project by making payments totaling $9 million.
• The project area contains substantial existing resources totaling 650,000oz
gold (Au) and 25,000 tonnes of copper (Cu) (NI-43-101).
• Significant potential to expand resources through exploration.
• Infrastructure includes 300,000 tonnes per annum mill, camp, offices and
other facilities.
• Focus on bankable feasibility and mining
ramp up planned for 2011/12.
• Preliminary Mine Studies indicate
operation would be profitable.

8. Gascoyne Gold Projects – Western Australia
• The historic, gold producing Gascoyne Region is located some
850km northeast of Perth, and 500km north of Redhill’s Gullewa
Gold Project.
• The Gascoyne Gold project encompasses the Cobra, McCarthy &
Mt. Phillips Gold prospects.

10. Gascoyne Gold Projects – Local Geology
• Prospective units considered to comprise:
• Irregully Formation (manganiferous siltstones, tuffaceous
sandy siltstones, argillites and minor cherts)
• Kiangi Creek Formation (immature fine to coarse grained
feldspathic arenites, gritty arenites, subordinate gravelly
conglomerates, mature interbedded quartzites of density
current origin, turbiditic siltstones)
• Jillewarra Formation (banded white siltstone, and cherty,
carbonaceous, ferruginous or manganiferous argillites,
representing alternate distal turbidite and hemipelagic
deposition); and dark grey to black cherty argillite of the
Discovery Chert

11. Cobra Gold Project – Western Australia
• Average grade of recorded production was 25g/t gold.
• Metal detector work in the past few years has identified several
large nuggets
• Black Hills nuggets ranging from - 9 ½ oz, 7 ½ oz, 1 ½ oz and 1 oz
• Historical rock-chip and trench sampling have returned results as
high as 20g/t and one at 3oz per ton.
• Target strike length of mineralization is approximately 30km

• Covers approximately 300 hectares
• Gold nuggets have been detected ranging from 10.5 oz – 0.5g
• Historical rock-chip and trench sampling have returned results
including 20g/t and 3oz/t

• Target strike length of mineralization is approximately 30 km

15. Mt. Phillips Project – Western Australia
• The Mt. Phillips Prospect at Bassit Bore is located in the Gascoyne region
some 850km northeast of Perth, 500km north of Redhill’s Gullewa Gold
Project and 10km south of Redhill’s Cobra Project.
• 300 hectares covered by a single Exploration license E09/1676
• Lies within Gascoyne Resources Limited’s Bassit Bore Gold project and
immediately abuts Gascoyne Resources’ license E09/1088 where a 15km
east west gold copper geochemistry anomaly trends onto the Property.
• Gascoyne Resources recently announced rock chip results from a quartz
vein system from license E09/1751. Results returned values of up to 7.8g/t
gold over a 350m strike length that trends northwest onto the Mt. Phillips
Prospect.

16. Mt. Phillips Project – Western Australia
• Sampling by Redhill along this trend has
confirmed its prospectivity where two rock
chips returned significant results;
• 36.97g/t gold and 2.54% copper
• 31.65g/t gold and 0.1% copper
• The Property lies over sheared granite that
contains multiple quartz veins up to two
metres in width.
• Initial sampling indicates that the veins contain
gold and +/- copper minerals malachite and
chalcocite.

18. Rare Earth Projects – Utah & BC
Honey Comb Hills Rare Earth Project – Utah (100%)
• 100% interest in 64 unpatented lode claims in the Fish Creek District,
Juab County, approximately 2.5 hours southwest of Salt Lake City.
• Close proximity to Great Western Minerals Group’s Deep Sands REE
project.
• Hosts a similar geologic environment, to nearby Spor Mountain Mine,
owned by Brush Engineered Metals (NYSE:BW) which produces
approximately 48,000 tonnes of bertrandite ore annually.
