• Great stories don’t contradict themselves.
• Great stories are those that you love to tell.
• A Great story is true.

good story?
If you’re not sure what your story really is or can be:
• do some informal market research.
• don’t tell the facts – tell a story instead.
• outline the vision for your story and reinforce it.

3. Promise story updates
4. Set up a social media network
5. Regularly update the social media site
6. Always have a “what’s next” message ready
