2. Context:
• Game designers have developed
concepts to foster engagement, pleasure
and reward feelings in game experiences
– these are useful resources also outside
game industry;
• There is a lack of participation on
services for sustainability;

3. Project: Develop a framework of game
design concepts aiming to make these
services for sustainability potentially more
participatory and engaging.

4. Design role: Research, organize and
synthesize the game design concepts in an
application framework and put them in use in
order to improve user experiences on these
services.
