Â For every common business object (PR, PO, Invoice, Expense Report, Supplier and more) that you can work with in Coupa using the user interface, you have an API to perform the CRUD / business functions. - Coupaâs Integration Approach is sync with its Cloud deployment model philosophy. We are not a connector development shop. Neither the industry nor does Coupa believe in point to point connectivity models. Our extensible integration models are based on the foundation of sharing common data formats that are required by systems that our customers need Coupa to integrate with. Coupaâs investment will be in our Core platform to extend native capabilities to provide support for more data formats. This model helps Coupaâs customers easily integrate with Coupa with data formats that are more native to their ERP. Coupa has built into its platform a any to any data translation engine that allows up to support with ease an ERP Format â For SAP, it is XML IDoc Coupa can consume and produce in native XML IDoc formats all data objects that will be required within a P2P business process. Coupa can also extend the mapping of the standard XML IDoc data formats for extensions to SAP made by our customer.
- Taking the same philosophy and approach as with XML IDocs for our SAP customers, we have developed âCoupa CSV formats for ORACLEâ for our ORACLE customers. With all our ORACLE EBS customers using âInterface Tablesâ as a mechanism to take data to ORACLE âBase Tablesâ, we have prebuilt formats and scripts to produce and consume data in a format that is more native to ORACLE customers.
- A different market segment of customers, Coupaâs approach is similar and true to our principles Continue to use Coupa standard APIs but have gone one step ahead in our integration model to use NetSuite Integration Platform and build connectivity model from NetSuite to Coupa using NetSuite Standard Platform and Coupa standard API. Great fit for this market segment and the biggest differentiator.
