Individual Micro Entrepreneur (MEI);
 Decree nº 11.975, 8th April 2011 (state decree) – Established the
Redesim Management Subcommittee of State.

 Readiness in the registry process;

 Single entry of data and documents;
 Data sharing between agencies involved;
 Simultaneous emission of the federal, State and local revenue
registration numbers and the city temporary operating license during
the business registration process;
 Automatic issue of the health permit, report compliance against fire
and panic and simplified environmental permit for LOW-RISK
ACTIVITIES, after the registration process at the Trade Board;
 More efficiency and Transparency during the business registry and
legalization process;
 All the licenses and all the registration numbers are available on the
web page;

 The citizen has at his disposal a fully secure web integrated
environment able to perform the registration and / or legalization
of enterprises through a single interface, ending the need for
citizens to access multiple systems and present documents and
requests in each agency responsible for the operation of its
business activities.
 The Portal Facilita Alagoas also provides the Standardized Online
Social Contract, facilitating creation of new business for the
entrepreneur.
 This new business environment favors not only the creation of
new businesses or the legalization of those already active, but
also contributes to the increase in tax revenues and economic
development.
 Besides the significant progress and improvement in the delivery
of public services, the Portal Facilita Alagoas represents
convenience, practicality, safety and agility for Alagoa’s
