Constantine Alexander, who is Executive Chairman of the Balkan Economic Forum, began his investment banking career in California as a Merrill Lynch Financial Consultant and thereafter became Managing Director of H. J. Meyers & Co. Inc., Member of the New York Stock Exchange, until 1991 when he returned to his native Europe where he served as a consultant to the Commission of the European Union in Brussels, Belgium.
