POLICY
Outlines
 LIST OF VACANCIES WILL BE UPDATED REGULARLY
 ALL EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO REFER CANDIDATES (IF ANY)
PROMPTLY SO THAT THE VACANCY CAN BE CLOSED AT THE
EARLIEST.
 SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL WOULD MEAN THAT: ‘THE PERSON
REFERRED IS SELECTED, JOINS THE COMPANY AND COMPLETES
MINIMUM 3 MONTHS AFTER JOINING’.
 RECRUITMENT TEAM(RT) WOULD ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT
OF THE CV TO THE REFERRING EMPLOYEE AND WOULD ALSO
INFORM THE CANDIDATE ON THE STATUS OF SHORTLIST OF THE
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE.

Exception
• MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM – INCLUDING DEPARTMENT
HEADS EMPLOYEES AT OR ABOVE VP LEVEL
• MEMBERS OF THE RECRUITMENT TEAM(RT)
• IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OF EMPLOYEES.
• ANYONE WHO IS INVOLVED IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
(ANYONE WHO IS TAKING INTERVIEWS/TESTS, REVIEWING
CANDIDATE’S PERFORMANCE / SKILLS, SALARY FIXATION, ETC.)
• ANY EMPLOYEE WITH WHOM THE REFERRED CANDIDATE WILL
HAVE A DIRECT OR SECONDARY REPORTING.
Referral Requirement
AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD REFER A CANDIDATE TO THE RECRUITMENT
TEAM(RT) ONLY AFTER ENSURING THAT FOLLOWING DETAILS
W.R.T THE CANDIDATE’S CREDENTIALS ARE APPROPRIATE TO THE
EXISTING VACANCY:
– EDUCATION
– SKILLS
– ATTITUDE
– MOTIVATION
– CRIMINAL RECORD
– LAST EMPLOYMENT
– MEDICAL CONDITION
Eligibility for Referral Bonus
– REFERRED CANDIDATE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES 90 DAYS
WITH THE COMPANY;
– REFERRER EMPLOYEE AND THE REFERRED CANDIDATE ARE
STILL ON THE PAYROLL OF THE COMPANY.
– IF THE REFERRER EMPLOYEE IS SERVING NOTICE PERIOD
WHEN THE REFERRAL BONUS IS DUE TO BE PAID TO HIM /
HER, THEN THE REFERRER EMPLOYEE SHALL NOT BE
ENTITLED FOR REFERRAL AMOUNT.
– IF REFERRED EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE ORGANIZATION BEFORE
COMPLETION OF THREE MONTHS, NO REFERRAL AMOUNT
WILL BE PAID TO THE REFERRER EMPLOYEE.

General Guidelines
– THE REFERRED CANDIDATE’S CV WILL BE VALID FOR A THREE-
MONTH PERIOD OR TILL THE FILLING UP OF THE RELEVANT VACANCY
BEING REFERRED AGAINST; WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.
– EMPLOYEES REFERRING TRAINEE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR
REFERRAL BONUS UNDER THE POLICY.
– THE REFERRAL AMOUNT PAID TO THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES IS
SUBJECT TO DEDUCTION OF INCOME TAX AND OTHER STATUTORY
LEVIES APPLICABLE, IF ANY.
– EMPLOYEES CAN REFER CANDIDATES WHO HAVE WORKED WITH
COMPANY IN THE PAST
– REFERRAL BONUS WILL BE SOLE DISCRETION OF COMPANY AND CAN
BE CHANGED ANYTIME
– THE REFERRED CANDIDATE WILL UNDERGO THE STANDARD
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS

Referral policy

  • 2. Outlines  LIST OF VACANCIES WILL BE UPDATED REGULARLY  ALL EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO REFER CANDIDATES (IF ANY) PROMPTLY SO THAT THE VACANCY CAN BE CLOSED AT THE EARLIEST.  SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL WOULD MEAN THAT: ‘THE PERSON REFERRED IS SELECTED, JOINS THE COMPANY AND COMPLETES MINIMUM 3 MONTHS AFTER JOINING’.  RECRUITMENT TEAM(RT) WOULD ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT OF THE CV TO THE REFERRING EMPLOYEE AND WOULD ALSO INFORM THE CANDIDATE ON THE STATUS OF SHORTLIST OF THE CANDIDATE’S PROFILE.

Referral Process Referral Bonus issued to employee Referral Complete 90 Days in Org Referral Selected Selection Process Continue Intimation send to employee(Selected/Rejected) TA Team will Shortlist Resume As per JD Employees Share their Referral Send Intimation With Referral Scheme to employees Raise the Vacancy by Recruitment Team(RT)
  • 4. Exception • MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM – INCLUDING DEPARTMENT HEADS EMPLOYEES AT OR ABOVE VP LEVEL • MEMBERS OF THE RECRUITMENT TEAM(RT) • IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OF EMPLOYEES. • ANYONE WHO IS INVOLVED IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS (ANYONE WHO IS TAKING INTERVIEWS/TESTS, REVIEWING CANDIDATE’S PERFORMANCE / SKILLS, SALARY FIXATION, ETC.) • ANY EMPLOYEE WITH WHOM THE REFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A DIRECT OR SECONDARY REPORTING.
  • 5. Referral Requirement AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD REFER A CANDIDATE TO THE RECRUITMENT TEAM(RT) ONLY AFTER ENSURING THAT FOLLOWING DETAILS W.R.T THE CANDIDATE’S CREDENTIALS ARE APPROPRIATE TO THE EXISTING VACANCY: – EDUCATION – SKILLS – ATTITUDE – MOTIVATION – CRIMINAL RECORD – LAST EMPLOYMENT – MEDICAL CONDITION
  • 6. Eligibility for Referral Bonus – REFERRED CANDIDATE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES 90 DAYS WITH THE COMPANY; – REFERRER EMPLOYEE AND THE REFERRED CANDIDATE ARE STILL ON THE PAYROLL OF THE COMPANY. – IF THE REFERRER EMPLOYEE IS SERVING NOTICE PERIOD WHEN THE REFERRAL BONUS IS DUE TO BE PAID TO HIM / HER, THEN THE REFERRER EMPLOYEE SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED FOR REFERRAL AMOUNT. – IF REFERRED EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE ORGANIZATION BEFORE COMPLETION OF THREE MONTHS, NO REFERRAL AMOUNT WILL BE PAID TO THE REFERRER EMPLOYEE. •

Referral Scheme Experience Level Level for which referred Earnings per Successful Referral 14 Onwards DGM / Dept./Functional Head Rs 20,000/- 9- 14 Manager / Sr. Manager Rs 15,000/- 5- 9 Sr. Executive/ Sr. Test Engineer/Team Lead/Tech Lead /Consultant -Team Lead/ Assistant Manager /Associate Manager /Dy. Manager. Rs 10,000/- 2- 5 Consultant/Officer / Executive/ Technical Writer/ Web Designer/ Test Engineer. Rs 5,000/-
  • 8. General Guidelines – THE REFERRED CANDIDATE’S CV WILL BE VALID FOR A THREE- MONTH PERIOD OR TILL THE FILLING UP OF THE RELEVANT VACANCY BEING REFERRED AGAINST; WHICHEVER IS EARLIER. – EMPLOYEES REFERRING TRAINEE WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFERRAL BONUS UNDER THE POLICY. – THE REFERRAL AMOUNT PAID TO THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES IS SUBJECT TO DEDUCTION OF INCOME TAX AND OTHER STATUTORY LEVIES APPLICABLE, IF ANY. – EMPLOYEES CAN REFER CANDIDATES WHO HAVE WORKED WITH COMPANY IN THE PAST – REFERRAL BONUS WILL BE SOLE DISCRETION OF COMPANY AND CAN BE CHANGED ANYTIME – THE REFERRED CANDIDATE WILL UNDERGO THE STANDARD RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS
