manner
To help the HR to plan and implement innovative programmes

Manager is SPOC for any issues related with work area and individual Team member
Managers are responsible for answering each and every mail by
employee/client/vendor within 48 hrs. of receiving mail. And in case of outstation
within 72 hrs. manager has to respond over the mail.
