With money, of course •Subsidy, incentives : what if I give you 100 €/m2 for residential (ex:200 000€) 50€/m2 for non-residential for all, no matter who, no matter the destination ! Max 200 000 €! •Yearly call of projets « Exemplary Buildings » : 100 €/m2 of subsidy •Free advises (support) from the Brussels PassiveHouse Platform (pmp) •Promotion : Seminars, trainings, brochure, visits, user’s guide…
