HOW DO WE PROMOTE A JOB FAIR?
Building a brand takes a lot of hard work. Reinforcing a strong message
in a niche community is even harder. We believe in strong community
marketing to help our employers reach the right candidates.
To do this we deploy several social, online and offline media channels
to support Cleared Job Fair customer visibility for each Cleared Job Fair:
• Print or digital ads in major metro dailies, military base papers
and local community papers or sites
• Job Seeker Handbook detailing employer info and job
openings distributed to all job seeker event attendees
• Job Seeker Handbook posted on SlideShare three days prior
to the event and shared on social media channels
• Targeted communication sent to our job seeker community
email database of over 130,000 opt-in recipients
