Having the right team will definitely
deliver the results that you need,
however, some leaders make mistakes
that ultimately end up draining the
energy from the team and leading to
poor performance.
As a leader, you should fire your team
up, motivating your team, and helping
them to quality services.
Introduction
Many successful businesses today
have invested in their team as a way
to boost productivity.
Achieving what you dream can only be possible when
you combine energy, knowledge, and proper skills will
drive you towards your success. Being the leader,
ensure that you reflect on some of your team's
behavior and address concerns that arise quickly.
Upon dealing with some of the mistakes that
would be derailing your performance as an
institution, ensure that you find ways to
motivate your team. Here are several ways to
motivate your team for better performance.
Introduction
It would be best if you never lost your
employees due to underpayment
issues. Doing proper research on what
other organizations around pay their
employees and making sure that you
offer remunerations matching the
market range.
Many employees feel that getting a 5%
salary increment in a different
organization would be enough to see
them quit from their current position.

As a leader, give the team adequate training
in their current role and offer them
additional training outside of their job
description to give them opportunities to
advance their career.
Create opportunities within your team
by offering the chance to advance in
their skills, which guarantees more
value for your organization and the
employee.

Cooperation
Your team will be more encouraged when
their efforts are appreciated. Create an
environment for your team to air their views
should be your policy.
Listen to your team and implement
some of the viable solutions that they
suggest to show appreciation for them
and that you value their opinions.
As the team’s leader, ensure that you do not
punish mistakes, but rather make your team
learn from some of the mistakes that could
have occurred. So long as your employee
made an innocent mistake, it would be best
if you did not reprimand them for simple
errors.

Failure
Human error is inevitable.
