• We are the result of our habits
• Smart network marketers have a routine or daily mode of operations
for their business
• These are a series of tasks they will do each day to grow their
business
3. For the 1 Percenter
1. Set aside a minimum four hours per day to build your network marketing business
2. Contact 30 to 50 new prospects per day during those four hours to pique their interest and invite them to
a presentation
3. Follow-up with interested contacts from the previous day
4. Train and help new team members
5. Rinse and repeat five days per week
• This plan sounds easy to do, but very few people will commit to contacting this many new prospects every
single day. The reason this plan works so well is because you are EXPOSING the business and products to so
MANY people so quickly. It's all about massive action and massive exposures.
• If you were to follow this plan for a year you would talk to more than 8,000 prospects yourself (assuming you
took weekends off). Imagine how many customers and distributors you would find! Even if you sponsored
just one in 50 people you talked to, you would personally sponsor around 160 people in one year.
• Once again, this daily routine is extreme. It will turn most people off. It’s not for the part-timer or for
someone who is dabbling with the business. If you only get one takeaway from this example daily routine
for MLM reps, remember that this is a business of exposures.
4. For the 10 Percenter
1. Set aside a minimum one hour per day to build your network marketing
business
2. Contact five prospects per day
3. Follow-up with leads from the previous day
4. Train and help new team members
5. Rinse and repeat five days a week
• If you were to follow this action plan for a year, you would talk to approximately
1,300 people (assuming you took weekends off). If you sponsored just one in fifty
people who you talked to, you would sponsor around 26 people.
• You would definitely see some nice growth in your business, even working this on
a part-time basis. There is no doubt in my mind that you could do these five steps
in about one to two hours per day.
5. For Everyone Else
• This example daily routine for MLM Reps is designed for the part-timer who is looking to
earn an extra $200 to $500 per month, within a 12-month period of time.
• Set aside minimum thirty to sixty minutes per day to build your network marketing
business
1. Contact two prospects per day, five days a week
2. Follow up with leads from the previous day
3. Train and help new team members
4. Rinse and repeat five days a week
• By following this daily routine for MLM Reps you would talk to approximately 500
prospects in one year (assuming you took weekends off). If you closed one in fifty people
you would sponsor approximately 10 people personally per year.
• It won't create huge momentum in your business, but you will definitely see your
business grow a little bit each month by following these steps consistently. You could
easily do this in thirty to sixty minutes per day.
6. Example Daily Routine # 1
• Call three prospects on the phone (20 minutes)
• Training call with downline for (15 minutes)
• Follow up with one customer (10 minutes)
• Prospect two people about the business (10 minutes)
• Schedule one presentation for a future date (5 minutes)
• Read a book about network marketing or small business (15 minutes)
7. Example Daily Routine # 2
• Find a new way to advertise your business (10 minutes)
• Show the presentation to one person (30 minutes)
• Educate yourself about one of your company's products (10 minutes)
• Follow up with new leads (10 minutes)
• Do an in-home party plan or schedule one (10 mins to one hour)
• Contact three successful entrepreneurs about the business (15
minutes)
• Read for 15 minutes (15 minutes)
8. Example Daily Routine # 3
• Call five people you prospected several months ago (20 minutes)
• Write a thank you card to one of your team members (5 minutes)
• Generate two good leads online (15 minutes)
• Mail 5 postcards (10 minutes)
• Listen to a company call (20 to 60 minutes)
9. My Favorite Daily Routine for MLM Reps
I learned about this concept from Robert Blackman. I wish I had thought of it
myself, but I didn’t.
1. Call 10 people
2. Send 10 postcards
3. Send 10 emails
• This is where you call 10 of your leads about what you have to offer. Then you
send them an email
• and then you mail them a postcard. I believe you could do this in one hour per
day if you were organized.
• If you did it consistently for a year you would make great progress in your
business.

all of these tasks (excluding the reading and
