3. ❖ First we need to go to Settings and Activate the Developer Mode(with assets)
4. ❖ Now a new menu Translations will appear on Settings. Select Languages option from it.
5. ❖ Here you can see the list of all the languages available. Now select the language which
you need to use.
6. ❖ Now click on EDIT the form and Activate the language using Active toggle button,
Save it. Now click on button Activate and Translate.
7. ❖ Now a popup will come, from that choose the language you just activated, Tick the check box
Overwrite Existing Terms and click on add.
❖ Now a confirmation popup will come click on the button “Switch to Language & Close”
8. ❖ Now go to your user profile, under Preference tab choose the language you want and save.
9. ❖ Now you will see language is changed. But for some custom modules the language may not
change, this is because they may not have the translation file.
10. ❖ To add the translation file for the custom app go to Settings > Translation > Export Translation.
11. ❖ To add the translation file go to Settings > Translation > Export Translation. a popup comes,
I that select the language, select the File Format as PO File, and select the apps which you
need to add the translation.
12. ❖ Now a new popup will come which contains the translation file(.po format) and now click
on the file.
13. ❖ Now go to the source file of the module and add a file i18n, and save the downloaded file
inside it. In that you can find a field “msgid” with a string in english language below that you
can find a field “msgstr” there you have to add the translation of the above string, do it for all
the same fields and now save the file.
15. ❖ Now create a Purchase Order for the product and Receive the product.
