The module will assist the salesperson in seamless searching of the product and adding that particular product to the quotation/sale order without navigating back to the quotation. The salesman can simply add multiple products to the opened quotation with or without changing their price or the quantity. It also shows the previous sales history of the selected product via choosing the from date of the sale history and sequence limit on the fly. The module thus helps in saving the time of your sales team and the customer.

2. INTRODUCTION
● The module will assist the salesperson in adding products to the quotation/sale order without
navigating back to the quotation
● The salesman can simply add multiple products to the opened quotation.

3. Let’s see how it works..
Goto -> Sales -> Create Quotation ->A smart button will appear

4. The kanban view with “Add to Quotation” & “Change Quantity”

5. To add Products : Select “ Add products” -> Then Add to Quotation

6. The orderline after add product

7. To change quantity and price : Select ->Change quantity

8. Add corresponding details -> Add to Quotation
To get previous sale history ->Provide date and no of rows.

9. Final order line after changing quantity and price

10. We can “Add to quotation” and “change quantity” also from product variant

11. The “add products” and “Change product” buttons also will appear in tree view
