dependencies
● Conduct Design Thinking to drive user empathy and alignment
on the potential solution
● Leverage an Agile Development approach to effectively build
and implement the solution
● Deliver Expert SAP Consultants across any domain to ensure
client projects are a success.

Use Design Thinking to Define & Baseline
● Engage users during the definition of the problem and design of
the solution to gain insights into what’s important and what
should be measured from their perspective.
● Access to users before development starts provides
opportunities to gather UX-centric baseline metrics.
● Focus on objectivity and measurability: Metrics that are based
on quantifiable data will be more trustworthy & convincing.

whether changes are impacting core metrics
● Use the ‘power of MVP’ to get early feedback and course
correct as needed, for both solution and measurements

● Build in opportunities to quickly address most important
issues
○ Validate Assumptions and Trends that were discovered
during development cycle
○ Listen to add’l end user feedback and build into priorities
● Keeping a consistent team engaged to address post-go live
issues improves efficiency and quality of follow on
deliverables, resulting in higher likelihood of success

● Clear definition of success criteria and ongoing, iterative focus
on ensuring alignment to those criteria can help keep long
projects on track
● User Experience is always a factor, but with SAP GUI, you have
a huge opportunity to improve UX with Fiori
● There’s always more to do after an SAP Go-Live - leveraging
objective metrics to help prioritize those activities will help
the most important things get done first
