3. CNC MACHINING
CNC Turning / Swiss Machining / Milling Products
CNC Multi-axis turned bar stock up to 3” in diameter
Tolerances to +/- .0002”
Chucking capacity of up to 13”
Large Swiss style lathes for up to 1.25” bar stock
Sub spindle action allows for multiple parts to be machined simultaneously
Vertical 5 axis machining allows for drilling, tapping and milling of complex shapes
With 16 CNC turning centers, and 5 CNC Milling
machines we can accommodate custom CNC
turning and milling jobs of all types.
CNC turning and milling using full 5 axis lathes and
milling machines are a cost effective method of
producing small to medium production lots while
still meeting precise specification requirements.
CNC insert tooling enables quick changeovers to
reduce lead times.

4. SCREW MACHINING
SingleSpindleScrewMachineServices
Single spindle screw machining bar stock up to 1-5/8” diameters
Tolerances to .001”
Cycle times anywhere from 1 to 30 seconds
Allows for larger quantities at a more competitive price
Tooling is less costly than multi-spindle machining
Form tooling allows parts to be machined 2-5 times faster than CNC lathes
Screw machining is the most cost-effective
method for high-volume production of
turned components, while still capable of
holding precision dimensions. Round,
hexagon, or extruded bar stock is used in a
variety of raw materials. Specific tooling
designed for each feature enables the part
to hold various dimensions with minimal or
no variation.
