  and rapport is by being your genuine
  self and asking the right questions
• The key to overcoming objections is
  by educating your prospects about
  how they will seek to benefit from
  what you have to offer.

Establish a Relationship first than Focus on
Rapport
1.   Don’t push or pressure others to “buy” from you.
2.   Focus on establishing a genuine relationship with your prospects by
     getting to know them or maybe sharing a few jokes.
3.   LISTEN WHILE THEY SPEAK! Don’t think about what your going
     to say while the other person is talking.

Understand your Product/Service
Thoroughly
1.   A thorough understanding on your product/service grants you the
     confidence and direction to effectively educate others on how your
     offering can act as a solution.
2.   Ask yourself, “How can my product/service help others in anyway?”
3.   Ask fact-finding questions to reveal what your prospect’s true needs
     and wants really are.

Believe in your Product, Show your true
Passion
1.    Our emotions are shown on our face, just because we can’t read the
      “cues” doesn’t mean others can’t. If your passionless about your
      product, no one will buy.
2.    Communication is 90% nonverbal, and 10% verbal. UTILIZE THE
      90%!
3.    Value and Price are two different things. In order for your prospects
      to buy, the perceived value MUST exceed the price.
4.    A true belief and passion in your product can give you the natural
      confidence to sell effectively.

Learn to Read the Other Person’s Needs
1.   Everyone has a want or a need. The answers that your prospects
     give, reveals what it is they truly want.
2.   Listen carefully to the vocabulary that your prospects use.
3.   Ask fact-finding questions that can lead you closer towards the
     results you seek while addressing any curiosity or concerns that your
     prospects may have.
4.   The ability to LISTEN is the only true action required.

Consistently Follow Up
1.   Remember that building rapport isn’t temporary, it’s LONG
     LASTING.
2.   Continue to follow up with clients and prospects on a weekly,
     monthly, or yearly basis depending on how your relationship is with
