1. When you sign up for this challenge you will receive one weekly email for
four weeks that includes:
Tips to increase your child’s fruit and vegetable intake
Strategies to introduce new fruits and vegetables to your child
Quick and easy fruit and vegetable snacking ideas
At the end of the challenge, submit your log to the Health
Department through which you signed up and you will be
entered into a raffle to earn a prize!
Do you have a 2-4 year old that is a picky eater? Do they
have a hard time meeting the daily requirement for fruit
and vegetable intake?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, then the Fit Families
Make Every Bite Count Challenge is for you!
The Fit Families Make Every Bite Count challenge is an easy way to set
an individual goal for your child to increase the amount of fruits and
vegetables they consume.
To participate in the challenge:
1. Sign a Fit Families Contract at your local WIC facility.
2. You will receive an email to select a goal for your child’s daily
intake of fruit and vegetables and a log to track your child’s
progress.
