• Pacetronix is a public limited company with listing among the major stock

USA. Pacetronix has been a profit making and dividend paying company since
more than a decade. We have a workforce of 45 skilled pacemaker developers, 18

 Shree Pacetronix Ltd. was incorporated in 1988 and it became a public
limited entity in 1993. By then, it had launched commercial production
of cardiac pacemakers, which was later extended to pacing system
analyzers, leads and Programmers.
 It has a manufacturing unit in Dhar, MP, with an annual capacity of 4800
units. The unit is ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, the stringent European CE
mark certified and ANVISA Brazil certified. Now it will also receive
Indian Regulation ICMED 13485.
 A workforce of 45 pacemaker developers, regional managers in major
cities, 18 sales reps and 10 global distributors ensure these specialized
healthcare products reach countries across the Asia and Europe.
 The company was born out of a will to bring cost-effective quality health
products to India. A challenge even today, because the local mind-set,
including that of hospital chains, remains fixated with imports. But
indigenization of critical processes, relentless R&D, and government
recognition has helped break down resistance through world-class
products at very competitive pricing.
 The workforce has been a pillar of fortitude. The attrition rate is very low
– over 80% employees have been with the company since inception.
The all-round work ethic has helped overcome insurmountable odds. To
begin with, the business was literally promoted door-to-door. Ironically,
the most heartening response has come from overseas.

The emphasis on quality has reaped in rich
rewards such as European approvals especially
opening up new markets. Quality is backed with a
quick response and round-the-clock redressal
mechanism.
Now our priority is to introduce high-tech products
such as MRI safe pacemakers, implantable cardiac
defibrillators, cochlear implants, CPAP machines,
Neuro and deep brain stimulators.
This, combined with a tripling of production with
an eye on achieving lowest cost of production,
promises to keep the Shree Pacetronix growth
story ticking over.
