We work on a contract basis for only the length of time proposed in
the agreement. We hold contracts as small as an hour to contracts that
last a year or more. No long term commitment necessary.
3. WHERE DO WE WORK?
We can work from our office or yours.
Operating hours from your location are from 6AM-5PM Monday
through Friday, times may vary based on the location of your
business and current contracts.

4. Scope of Work
• Administrative - including, but not limited to; managing calendars; filing electronic or
manual; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; entry of data; customer
relations; research; project coordination; preparation of business correspondences,
agendas, and presentations; email communications; and multifaceted general office
support.
• Operations - including, but not limited to; solutions for management of workflow by
studying methods currently used; implementing cost reductions; creating or revising
of systems, policies, and procedures by analyzing operating practices, enhancement
of recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, implementation of changes;
staff development by providing information, educational opportunities, and
experiential growth opportunities.
• Marketing - including, but not limited to; helping with trade show and event planning,
creating or updating presentation software files, and communicating with external
service providers; monitoring activity and posting content for social media channels;
content marketing; and strategies.
• Websites - including, but not limited to; planning site design by clarifying company
goals; design functionality; development of site navigation by categorizing content;
funneling of traffic; development of site content and graphics by coordinating with
writers and graphic artists (if necessary); establishing locatability by registering or
updating search engines; updating of current sites; monitoring of performance and
results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; maintaining of links;
maintaining site of appearance; and editing submissions.
5. WHAT IS THE COST?
We welcome negotiation; however contract terms and fees vary
based on the needs of each company. We try to make fair
assumptions based on the scope of the project. All projects have
balances due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise
indicated. Invoicing is submitted to each client upon completion
or in two week increments for longer projects.
